Police station Beerwah received a written complaint from one Tawseef Ahmad R/O Beerwah to the effect that during the intervening night of 15/16 Feb 2018 some unknown Burgalars intruded into his shop located near sumo stand Beerwah and stole valuable items like moblie phones, mobile batteries, charges and invertor etc. on this report case FIR NO. 24/2018 u/s 457,380 RPC was registered and investigation was taken up .
During the course of investigation police team led by SHO P/S Beerwah while conducting other legal formalities and analysing different evidence brought various suspects into P/S.
During questioning one suspect namely Waheed Ahmad s/o Ab. Rehman R/O Sutharan Khag admitted that he along with his 02 other associates namely Bilal Mantoo s/o Ab. Hameed and Manzoor Sheikh s/o Gh. Rasool R/Os Sutharan committed the Burgalary in the said shop and on their instance 64 No.s of mobiles, mobile batteries, charges and invertors etc worth lakhs were recovered.
People of area in genral/ shopkeepers in particular hailed the efforts of the police and thanked for solving the theft case within few days.
